When exactly is the commission charged?
When a milestone is released from escrow after the delivery is approved — not on funding, not on publishing a project, and not on accepting a bid.
Who pays the commission, the producer or the provider?
The commission comes out of the milestone amount at release, so out of the provider's proceeds. The producer pays the agreed milestone value and nothing on top of it.
What happens to the commission on a refund?
If a milestone is cancelled, or a dispute is decided as a refund before release, there is no commission at all — commission is only ever charged on a released amount.
Is there a fee to withdraw my balance?
Any bank transfer fee is shown on the withdrawal page before you confirm the request, and nothing further is deducted afterwards.
Can the rates change later?
The published rates may change in future, but every operation is priced at the rates in force when it happened and stores them alongside it, so a live contract is never re-priced retroactively.
