Requesting a revision
Instead of approving, the producer can ask for changes: the milestone returns to work and is delivered again. The money stays in escrow throughout.

Your money is held
No payment reaches the provider until the delivery is approved. Here is the whole sequence, including what happens when someone objects.
Once a bid is accepted a contract splits the work into milestones, each with its own amount and due date.
The producer pays the milestone amount and it is held in an escrow account against the contract. It has not reached the provider, and the producer cannot take it back out.
A milestone only starts once it is funded, so the provider works knowing the fee is genuinely set aside.
The provider uploads the milestone's deliverables and it moves to the producer for review.
The producer approves the delivery. If they neither approve, request a revision nor open a dispute within 7 days, the milestone is approved automatically so work is never left hanging without an answer.
The amount is released from escrow to the provider's balance, net of the platform commission.
Instead of approving, the producer can ask for changes: the milestone returns to work and is delivered again. The money stays in escrow throughout.
If the two sides cannot agree, a dispute is opened on the milestone and the release stops until the platform decides it: release to the provider, refund to the producer, or a settlement between them.
What protects you
Every item here is a rule the server enforces on every operation, not a policy that is only written down.
Funds cannot leave escrow without an approved delivery or a decision on a dispute. There is no path around it.
Identity and commercial-registration verification is open to every party, and the badge shows on the public profile.
Both sides rate each other once the contract ends, so reputation is built out of real engagements.
Every dispute has a clear path and a recorded decision, and the money stays frozen in escrow until it is issued.
